About the Role
We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Interns to join our team for a 3-month internship. This role is ideal for someone passionate about Web3, blockchain, and emerging technologies, and eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You will work closely with the BD team to support go-to-market initiatives, research market opportunities, and help drive strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities

    • Assist in identifying and qualifying new business leads in the blockchain and Web3 ecosystem.
    • Conduct market research on competitors, trends, and potential clients.
    • Support the team in partnership outreach, including initial contact and follow-ups.
    • Help prepare pitch decks, client reports, and meeting summaries.
    • Maintain and update CRM tools with lead and partnership data.
    • Monitor industry news and provide summaries relevant to the BD strategy.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams to align messaging and BD goals.

Requirements

    • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
    • Strong interest in blockchain, Web3, or emerging technology markets.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to research and synthesize complex data.
    • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
    • Ability to commit to a 3-month, part-time or full-time internship.

Preferred Qualifications

    • Prior experience or coursework related to business development, consulting, or tech startups.
    • Familiarity with blockchain projects, tokenomics, and Web3 communities.
    • Multilingual abilities welcomed
    • Demonstrated passion for the crypto ecosystem via personal projects, writing, or community involvement.
