Responsibilities: We are seeking Community Ambassadors all over the world to be the face and voice of our brand, regionally. In this role you will manage and grow our online regional communities, create engaging content in the local language, and organize local meetups to strengthen our network. You will work closely with the Head of Marketing to ensure that events are within the broader goals of the marketing team. Responsibilities
Develop and manage regional community channels on platforms like Telegram, Discord, and local social media. Post and moderate content in the native language of the region to ensure relevance and engagement. Plan and execute 3-6 regional meetups per year to build community and enhance brand awareness. Collaborate with the central marketing team to align regional strategies with global marketing goals. Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews from community members. Coordinate with other Regional Community Managers to share best practices and insights. Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends and the crypto market to ensure maximal effectiveness of community management.
Requirements
Proven experience as a community manager or similar role, with an emphasis on social media and event management in Web3 Strong understanding of cryptocurrency, stablecoins, and DeFi concepts. Fluent in the local language of the region with excellent communication skills in English You must physically reside in the region you are representing Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Familiarity with online content creation and moderation tools
