The Opportunity
Solana Foundation is seeking a highly driven Enterprise Education Engineer. Enterprises are looking for education and content to learn how to build the next generation of products on Solana. The goal of this role is to build out a curriculum for enterprise users, work with industry leading organizations to understand their needs, and help architect solutions that help companies understand how to build on Solana.
This role requires a self-motivated engineer with an eye for detail, understands how to build out an adaptable curriculum, and has experience working with large technical teams.
To be successful in this role
You will:
Drive educational efforts across the world both with developer educators, companies, and partners.
Work with enterprise partners, consulting agencies, and other stakeholders to provide training on Solana.
Create reusable resources for solutions and company needs.
Improve coursework and resources used for teaching Solana.
You ideally have:
4+ years in solutions architecture, curriculum development, developer relations, or software engineering.
Experience with blockchain or fintech products (e.g., smart contracts, payments, DeFi, custody, or API integrations).
Ability to translate technical topics into engaging, approachable content for developers.
Proficiency in developer channels and growth tactics, open-source communities, hackathons, GitHub, Stack Overflow, Discord, X/Twitter, etc.
Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, ecosystem, and protocol teams.
Bonus points:
Familiarity with Solanaâs developer stack and application ecosystem
Strong technical writing or content creation background.
Large scale curriculum development
Architected Solana applications and programs.
