About the role
As a community manager, you will be part of a growing team serving blockchain savvy traders and investors in the crypto space to grow and manage Nansen's community.
You will play a key role in the future of finance and help us to achieve our mission to surface the signal in blockchain data. Your contributions to the team will have abig impact, as you help us grow Nansen to a leading crypto company.
You can be locatedanywhere in the world, as our work is 100% online.
The position isfull-time.
What will you be doing?
- Manage and moderate Nansen's online and offline community and channels
- Engage the community via Twitter Spaces, Discord & Telegram AMAs, workshops
- Educate / onboard new users and answer product questions
- Develop community campaigns that drive company metrics
- Reporting metrics
- Stay up-to-date with DeFi and NFT trends
Are you the right person for this role?
The ideal candidate for us has:
- Minimum 1 year work experience in crypto community management
- Knowledge in DeFi and NFTs
- Experience in moderating multiple social media platforms at once
- Available atUS working hours
- Proactive:Always ready to replyto customer queries
- Drive: We want people who are passionate about the crypto-asset industry, and are eager to up-skill and hone their knowledge in the crypto space
- Analytical: Strong analytical, organizational, and writing skills
