Social Media Manager - Blockchain - (Fully remote)

A Blockchain organisation is looking for a Social Media Manager that will contribute to the organisation's aim of enabling authentic real-world collectable assets and onboard these assets into the Blockchain space.

Profile

The ideal candidate is a hard-working team player who will play a critical role in creating original digital content across various social media platforms. They will manage all social media platforms in a cohesive way to achieve marketing goals. The candidate must be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. They should have excellent communication skills and be able to handle social media presence ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop social media strategy by creating original content, channel strategies, development and campaign design
• Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
• You will create, publish and share engaging content on a regular basis on multiple channels including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Telegram and Discord
• Community building, partnerships and support skills
• Implement marketing campaigns including contests, email
• Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor user reviews
• Responsible for all social media accounts’ design (cover images, profile pictures etc.)
• Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
• Great researching skills within crypto, NFT, sports, collectables
• Research and benchmark current trends and audience preferences
• Maintain and update social media performance reports

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Social media manager
• Experienced in coordinating content creation with content and design teams
• Excellent knowledge of different social media channels, their capabilities and limitations
• Experienced in social media management tools
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Experienced in managing and executing social media campaigns
• Proficient in managing data and reports
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams based in different time zones
• Experience in Cryptocurrencies or the Blockchain industry is desirable

Compensation

• Above market-rate salary, based on experience
• Full-time permanent role
• Fully remote role
• Time-zone preference: Overlap with U.S timezones
