Interested in building Web 3 with us? The next few years in crypto, NFTs, and Web3 belong to builders and believers — not short-term speculators. At Rarible, we believe that Web 3 will spread only when teams create excellent infrastructure, fill gaps, and provide solutions that benefit communities and create a better internet for everyone.

If this resonates with you, we'd love to have you on board!

We are looking for bright grads or junior Product Managers who are interested in NFT's and web3 to join our dynamic and passionate product team.

This is a Summer Internship, where you'll work with our team for 10-12 weeks either in our New York office, Lisbon office, or remotely. Paid position for college students or graduates, as well as exceptional designers/PM's without college enrollment.

As a Product Manager Intern, you will have the opportunity to learn and support the following:

- Assist in the product ideation process
- Work with stakeholders to prioritise product features
- Help to develop user stories
- Participate in defining and iterating on the product strategy and roadmap
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product development is on track
- Support product testing and user research

We’d love if you have:

- A passion for NFT's and web3
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortability working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Benefits and Support:

- Flexible paid time off
- Opportunity to work remotely
- Mentoring from experienced product managers
- Exposure to the latest web3 technologies and trends
- Opportunity to learn and grow within a rapidly growing industry
- All of the tech you need to be successful

How do I start a Web3 career?

If you're interested in starting a career in Web3, here are a few steps you can take:

  1. First, it's important to gain a solid understanding of the underlying technologies that make up the Web3 ecosystem, such as blockchain, cryptography, and decentralized networks. You can do this by reading books and articles, taking online courses, or attending workshops and conferences.
  2. Next, you'll want to build a portfolio of projects that showcase your skills and knowledge. This can include creating dApps (decentralized applications) using blockchain platforms such as Ethereum, contributing to open-source projects, or writing articles and tutorials on Web3-related topics.
  3. Networking is also an important part of any career, and the Web3 space is no exception. Attend meetups and conferences, join online communities, and make connections with other professionals in the field. This can help you learn from others, share your own expertise, and potentially find job opportunities.
  4. Finally, consider getting certified in Web3 technologies. There are several organizations that offer certification programs, which can help demonstrate your proficiency and set you apart from other candidates in the job market.
