Role Summary
GameDAO is looking to hire an experienced UI/UX Designer to lead the design and iterative improvement of our gamified DAO platform. The ideal candidate will have had prior experience in web3 and/or gaming industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the UI/UX team and work hands on with the GameDAO engineering team
- High awareness of UX and Design principles, like Responsive, Cross Device and Accessibility
- Work closely in an integrated product team on user requirements and implementation
- Design and develop a best in class multichannel DAO platform targeting various user groups
- Own and lead design and research disciplines with hands on mentality
- Own the requirements engineering and and the overall UX strategy
Must have skills and attributes
- Strong UI / UX Design experience (4+ years)
- Proven track record of end-to-end product design and building applications
- Effectively working with software engineers
- Convincing and winning attitude
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Experience communicating with cross-functional teams
- Profound experience in UX research
- Interest and enthusiasm to work in Web3 and blockchain technologies
- Understanding of the blockchain industry and principles of paradigm shifts in comparison to web2
- Gaming enthusiast
- Experience with Figma
