JOB DESCRIPTION
The Solution Architect will play an integral role in partnering with technology teams and multiple departments across Supernova to design enterprise solutions that align with the Supernova's and our clients' vision.
You’ll help drive successful business outcomes across a select set of partners through your passion for educating, training, designing and building SBL solutions.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Act as a liaison between business and technology
- Oversee Supernova's SBL solution and ensure it aligns with business goals and processes
- Responsible for the design, implementation, security, and performance of the software
- Lead in designing, specifying, and selecting information system solutions, considering functionality, data, security, integration, infrastructure, and performance
- Focuses on establishing the best technology solution to meet a specific business need in their area of expertise
- Formulate a design plan that factors technology investments and risks while providing value to the company by improving business processes and eliminating unnecessary complexities
- Plans the technical requirements to transition a design into a working solution
- Ensure that the design is installed, configured, and documented correctly
- Assists in recognizing and mitigating any risks to existing business processes or to the solution's overall success
- Create documentation and materials to address knowledge gaps and accelerate partners' understanding and collaboration around the Solana ecosystem
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years of successful experience in a Solutions Engineering role
- B.S or M.S in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong understanding and demonstrated usage of object-oriented design concepts (Java preferred)
- Strong coding background and on-time delivery of quality components
- Strong consultative skills at a cross-functional level
- Knowledge of architectural design frameworks, integration frameworks, and patterns
- Thought leadership skills to influence and build relationships and consensus with both technology and business stakeholders
- Experience building strategic technology plans and roadmaps
- Experience designing, integrating, and managing complex solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure, Custom application development, API Integration, Data solution, RPA, etc.)
