Weâre hiring a full-time, crypto-native Social Media Marketing Manager ("Chef du Meme") to lead our brand voice and narrative across Twitter (X), TikTok, and Farcaster, while supporting community engagement across Discord and Telegram. This is a creative and strategic role for someone whoâs plugged into onchain culture, can move fast with memes, and is eager to scale Commonâs reach and presence.What Youâll DoSocial Strategy & Content Execution
Lead Commonâs presence across X, TikTok, and Farcaster; posting daily content thatâs on-trend, on-brand, and engaging Write and produce content that aligns with the crypto conversation and community culture Maintain a content calendar tied to launches, seasons, product updates, and partner moments Experiment with formats (memes, threads, reels, etc.) and learn from performance data
Community Support & Engagement
Support the vibe in our Telegram and Discord by helping amplify updates and community calls-to-action Collaborate with community leads and partners on joint campaigns, quests, and activations Respond to conversations and drive engagement with both builders and fans
Be AI-Enabled & Collaborative
Use AI tools to streamline content workflows like image creation, meme ideation, writing assistance, and more Work cross-functionally with product, partnerships, and design to amplify launches and ecosystem events Share one project/account youâve helped grow, what you did, how you did it, and what you learned
What Weâre Looking For
3 years of marketing experience, including internships, at least 1 year in a crypto-native role Strong track record managing and scaling accounts on X, TikTok, and/or Farcaster Deep understanding of crypto culture, memes, and the nuances of Web3 communication Excellent writing skills and meme instincts; you know how to land a punchline or make a moment go viral Familiarity with AI tools for content ideation, writing, and production Highly self-motivated and organized; you can own and ship campaigns independently Bonus: youâve built a personal audience (5k+ followers) or helped grow a notable brand in the space
