About the opportunity:

We are looking for an Affiliate Marketing Manager who can join us along this mission and vision. You’ll become an integral part of the User Growth team, which is the engine behind turning strategies into creatively executed campaigns and initiatives. What you’ll be working on:

• Developing and implementing a comprehensive affiliate marketing strategy to drive user acquisition and trading volume.
• Identifying, recruiting and onboarding new affiliate partners that align with our business goals.
• Managing the relationships with existing affiliates alongside our affiliate BDs, providing support and resources to maximize their performance.
• Monitoring and analysing affiliate performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to the marketing team.
• Collaborating with the marketing and design teams to create compelling marketing materials for affiliates.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices in affiliate marketing.
• Staying informed about industry trends and emerging opportunities in affiliate marketing.

About you:

• Proven experience as an Affiliate Marketing Manager or in a similar role, preferably within CeFi or DeFi platforms.
• Strong understanding of affiliate marketing strategies, tools, and platforms.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
