Crypto.com is seeking a Project Manager, Growth who will manage data tracking, design campaign flow, and vendor onboarding projects. Reporting to the Director, User Acquisition, the responsibilities of this role include implementing and designing tracking for app and web products, building datasets and working on any new initiatives with the product team. To be successful in this role, you should be comfortable with managing multiple growth related projects. Ultimately, you will help us ensure we spend our projects going live on time and managing good internal relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Identify market opportunities for acquisition growth globally
- Contact and on-board new vendors for user acquisition
- Execute, and evaluate promotional tactics that help to achieve the goal of different products
- Create tracking plan/documentation and collaborate with different stakeholders and product managers or tech teams to implement tracking on web/app
- Driving key growth actions and initiatives together with marketing/product manager/tech teams
- BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, Information System, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Data Science or relevant field
- 3+ years of product management / product ownership experience.
- Self starter with the drive to work in a fast-paced, ever changing, high-growth organization
- Excellent skills in MS Office and G Suite
- Experience using attribution tools like Appsflyer or Adjust
- Knowledge on mobile apps, websites, tracking, cryptocurrency, e-commerce
- Experience using BI software (Tableau, BigQuery etc) is a plus
- Strong interest in blockchain is a plus
