About the role

As a Website Designer, you will be responsible for all website experiences outside of the core product experience. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of Webflow experience and be comfortable creating new landing page experiences with an eye on quantitative metrics like conversion rates. Experience with subscription based products is a plus.

The position is full-time.

What will you be doing?

  • Helping execute conversion rate optimization tests in a “test and learn” marketing culture
  • Conducting competitive analysis to see how our marketing funnel compares to the rest of the industry, identifying elements we may want to test
  • Independently think of new landers (in both form and content) that could help assist the marketing team achieve their goals
  • Comfortable doing lightweight graphic design work in Adobe Suite and Figma
  • Ensure all design published is consistent, and on-brand
  • Provide design and production support for digital updates.
  • Work cross-functionally with product, platform, sales, operations and research teams
  • Build internal workflows and optimize existing processes
  • Stay up to date on upcoming cryptocurrency market trends, conduct competitor analysis and propose ideas and topics to drive our goals
  • Ensure deadlines for assigned projects are met

Are you the right person for this role?

The ideal candidate for us has:

  • Intermediate level Webflow skills. Should feel comfortable being the Webflow expert on the marketing team
  • 1-2 years of experience in HTML, CSS and Javascript
  • Experience operating in a conversion rate driven page development environment
  • 2+ years work experience in design-related field
  • Proficient in the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma
  • Ability to translate complex design challenges into clear, customer-friendly experiences
  • Detail-oriented: Strong attention to detail and is able to get things done fast
  • Strong project management skills, ability to multitask, prioritize and follow through on ongoing projects
  • Independent: Direct experience working in a remote first environment; and able to work independently whilst collaborating closely with a fast-growing team
  • Self-motivated: Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership, empathy, and determination to get things done
  • Resilience: Humble to new ideas, and eager to learn amidst adversity and challenges
