We seek a highly motivated and experienced User-Generated Content Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for onboarding crypto and gaming (web2, web3) influencers, and managing campaigns. This role requires a deep understanding of the web3 landscape and a proven track record of working in this space.
Responsibilities:
-Always look for and onboard suitable content creators, fostering strong relationships.
-Collaborate with content creators to develop and execute impactful campaigns.
-Manage end-to-end campaign processes, including ideation, negotiation, execution, and performance analysis.
-Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in web3 marketing and influencer relations.
-Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams within the company.
Requirements:
-Proven experience in web3, preferably in a similar role involving influencer management and campaign execution.
-Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
