Marketing Designer
What You Will Do
- As one of three in-house designers, you will be responsible for the design and production of a wide variety of design projects across the business.
- You’ll create print and digital designs to support company efforts across variety of media channels to multiple target audiences. The includes assets for our website, emails, events, paid media, social media, research material, and materials supporting our business development team.
- You’ll own and maintain our presentation development for webinars, events and business development.
- As an ambassador of our visual identity you’ll maintain a consistent experience across all assets and channels.
- You’ll engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest design trends to push creative boundaries, experiment with new ideas, and deliver fresh and engaging design solutions.
- You’ll be a team player, ready to roll up your sleeves and help wherever you can.
Who You Are
- You have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in design, marketing, or a related field.
- You are an artist, a creative strategist, and an expert at bringing ideas to life. This includes having an excellent sense of editorial layout, visual hierarchy, and typography.
- You have 5+ years of building creative assets and campaigns in an agency or startup environment, with at least two years in the financial services sector. You preferably have experience in B2B2C marketing.
- You have expert knowledge of Adobe CS design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom, Acrobat) and Figma.
- You have high-level of knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- You have high-level of knowledge and experience in data visualization, covering charts, diagrams, and tables.
- You have keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy, consistency, and precision in designs. This includes elements such as alignment, spacing, and color accuracy, as well as scanning for typos and errors before publishing.
- You are familiar with digital marketing technologies and platforms, in particular DatoCMS (or other CMS), email marketing, and social media.
- You have knowledge and experience in motion design; creating engaging animations and transitions that enhance storytelling in digital media is a plus.
- Familiarity with photography and/or videography is a plus.
- You have exceptional time management, organizational, and self-motivation abilities. Your work ethic is a source of pride. You know how to prioritize tasks and to deliver projects on time. Your experience managing complex projects within a project management tool such as Airtable or Asana is a plus.
