Brand Marketer
Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a long-term brand strategy that aligns with the Arbitrum Foundation’s overall business objectives.
- Define and articulate the brand's unique value proposition and positioning.
- Create a strong brand identity, including a logo, tagline, and visual language.
- Establish brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and visibility.

- Develop and implement full-funnel marketing programs to foster long-term relationships with builders and users.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency in product launches and updates.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure brand health and marketing effectiveness.
- Track and analyze brand metrics, such as brand awareness, brand perception, and brand preference.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and campaigns.
Requirements
- 5+ years in full-funnel campaign design and management across growth and brand, in relation to Web2 and Web3 experiences; case study & presentation required during the interview.
- Proven track record in brand marketing, preferably in the blockchain industry and in-depth knowledge of the Web3 ecosystem.
- Good grasp of Web3 user funnel challenges and cross-platform user journey.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
