Tasks

Marketing Manager Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Crypto Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing campaigns in the rapidly evolving world of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology. In this role, you will manage end-to-end marketing projects for our crypto products and services, driving awareness and engagement across digital platforms. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams including blockchain developers, designers, and external partners to deliver impactful marketing initiatives and support the growth of our brand in the crypto space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote cryptocurrency products, services, and brand awareness.
• Lead and manage marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives and target audiences.
• Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., product development, design, and content) to create marketing assets that resonate with the crypto community.
• Manage the project timeline, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within budget, while meeting key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Research trends and competitors in the cryptocurrency industry, staying updated on regulatory developments, new technologies, and market opportunities.
• Collaborate with community managers, influencers, and external agencies to amplify marketing efforts.
• Manage content production, including social media, blog posts, press releases, videos, and email campaigns, tailored to the crypto audience.
• Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize ongoing efforts.
• Oversee the integration of blockchain-specific marketing techniques (e.g., tokenomics, NFT marketing, airdrops, staking programs) into campaigns.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines specific to the cryptocurrency industry when executing marketing initiatives.
• Lead marketing meetings, providing progress updates and fostering collaboration among stakeholders.

Requirements

Experience:

• 5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years focused on cryptocurrency, blockchain, or fintech.
• Strong understanding of the crypto ecosystem, including blockchain technology, decentralized finance (DeFi), NFTs, and tokenomics.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, including content marketing, social media, SEO, email marketing, and influencer partnerships.
• Ability to translate complex crypto concepts into clear, engaging messaging for diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with cryptocurrency marketing platforms, wallet services, exchanges, and industry tools.
• Expertise in using project management software (e.g.,Jira ) to organize workflows and collaborate with teams.
• Analytical mindset with strong skills in tracking metrics, analyzing data, and reporting on campaign performance.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements specific to crypto marketing, including advertising restrictions in different regions.

Level of studies: Bachelor or Master Degree in Business administration, Marketing or Communications

Language Requirements: Fluent in English
