So what’s the role & who is it working for?

Spectrum Search are delighted to be recruiting a Senior Director of Product Management (Fully Remote) role for a Leading Enterprise-grade public distributed ledger technology (DLT) network that is governed by some of the biggest tech leaders in the world.

Your job is to drive the Services roadmap for both their native Tokenization service (both fungible and non-fungible ecosystems) and for their Consensus service.

Where is it & why are they looking for a Senior Director of Product Management?

This is a fully remote position based in either the USA or UK, and they are looking to expand their existing teams as they further scale the business.

What will you be doing?

• Maintaining the Services Roadmap - including both native Tokenization (FT and NFT) and Consensus Services
• Developing objectives and key results (OKRs) and formulating a product roadmap to achieve these objectives
• Collaborating with essential parties to establish the priority, requirements, and scope of the product.
• Articulating the networks value proposition to users and partners.
• Evaluating the ecosystem and pinpointing areas of potential competition.
• Advocating for the needs of the community by engaging and enabling developers and users.
• Coordinating with engineering, marketing, and developer advocacy teams to oversee successful implementation of new features.

What experience are we looking for?

• Robust background in product management
• Engineering expertise to actively participate in engineering scrums, comprehend technical concerns, and provide support to users
• Deep experience with fungible and non-fungible token ecosystems
• Existing skills working with systems integrators and major enterprise software vendors
