You will play a key role in making Swyftx a great place to work by working collaboratively with the wider People and Culture team to provide support, administration and coordination across the entire employee lifecycle. This role would suit someone with a high-level attention to detail, who thrives at working within a fast-paced environment.  Please note this is a hybrid role and the team comes into our beautiful Milton offices on Wednesdays and Fridays. 

Some of your key responsibilities in this role will include:

    • Varied administrative tasks supporting People and Culture Team projects - such as recruitment and onboarding administration, data entry, and HR systems activities across the employee lifecycle. 
    • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of P&C documentation, such as policies, procedures, guidelines, presentations, and training content 
    • Maintain up-to-date and accurate people data across all P&C systems, including employee files, HRIS and LMS 
    • Coordination and support around running events and various culture focused initiatives. 

To be successful you will have:

    • Tertiary qualifications in human resources or a related field, coupled with 1-2 years of hands-on experience in a similar commercial role. 
    • A passion for delivering a high level of service to all stakeholders, with a customer-focused, can-do attitude. 
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt communication >
    • A detailed-orientated approach, showing great care and attention within all aspects of work. 
    • Demonstrated creativity and drive in contributing to people-focused projects, bringing fresh ideas and innovative solutions to the table.
