People Operations Analyst

What is the role?

We are currently hiring for a People Operations Analyst to work within Digital Currency Group's newest subsidiary. The new subsidiary remains in stealth mode, but will be working with the world’s leading crypto, blockchain, and DeFi entrepreneurs and investors.

In this role, you will report to the Chief People Officer and work closely with the Director of Talent Acquisition. While this role is primarily focused on People Operations, you will be expected to partner with Talent Acquisition as needed.

Responsibilities include:

  • Onboarding: scheduling orientation sessions, new hire communications and HRIS setup, sending out swag and facilitating orientation.
  • Ensure compliance with all state, local and federal laws regarding background check and I-9 verification, and required trainings.
  • Point of contact for ouroffice employees and vendors. Coordinating service requests, addressing operational needs, communicating and ensuring compliance with office policies.
  • Assist the People Team with general HR inquiries including HR policies and procedures, systems administration, and tactfully managing or redirecting escalations
  • Help coordinate, facilitate, and oversee employee engagement activities
  • Conduct routine audits (benefits, I-9, payroll, etc.) and recommend corrective actions
