What we’re looking for

We are looking for a Finance Manager who will be a key member of the finance team and play a critical role in running accounting processes across Energi.

To be an ideal candidate, you should be able to define and implement long-term strategy while remaining adaptable to short-term changes is essential. You should also be solution orientated while capable of solving complex issues on your own. You will also have experience with financial modeling, creating budgets for teams, and collaborate with Energi’s leadership on key investment decisions.

What You Will Do

• Be responsible for FP&A processes (budgeting, forecasting, scenario planning)
• Lead Energi’s efforts all year-end activities including taxes
• Keep Energi’s leadership up-to-date and drive accountability in the organization
• Develop and implement the financial infrastructure to automate and support Energi’s growth and operations
• Lead financial and strategic analysis for company-wide teams
• Continuously monitor the economic landscape, web3 ecosystem, and internal developments to be able to manage Energi’s finances in an agile manner

Essential Requirements

• BS in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent
• Minimum six (6) years of relevant experience with progressive financial responsibility
• Self-driven with the ability to deliver results with minimal supervision
• Fluent English communicator
• Passionate and up-to-date on the rapidly changing world of blockchain technology
• Values aligned with the Energi culture and values

Nice to Have

• Web3 expertise and experience with DeFi
• Experience managing high value transactions and a company’s treasury
• Experience in a high growth company or start-up
