Senior Platform Engineer

Our client has assembled an industry-proven team comprised of creative and engineering talents who have developed some of the largest gaming titles from Halo to Call of Duty. They are currently building a team of engineers to continue their success on a new AAA shooter title.


Skills:

  • 5+ years of recent hands-on coding and software design in Solidity, Go, and Typescript or similar
  • Experience with implementing various contracts in Solidity, including but not limited to ERC721 and ERC1155 Contracts
  • Knowledge in database systems and NoSQL databases such as DynamoDB/MongoDB/LevelDB
  • Experience with Solidity security testing tools such as Slither and Manticore
  • Solid OOP and software design knowledge to create reusable software that meets desired architectural objectives.
  • A strong familiarity of Web Server technologies including NGINX, Apache, etc.
  • A strong familiarity with Cloud providers including AWS, Azure, GCP

Nice to Haves (Not Required)

  • Experience in Research for Higher Education or Academia, PhDs welcome

Role:

  • Serve as a key R&D resource for emerging blockchain trends and applications
  • Build robust, scalable and secure software
  • Contribute to the design and creation of services and system architecture for our projects
  • Improve our code quality through writing various automated tests and performing code reviews.
  • Work with the product and design teams to understand end-user requirements, formulate use cases, and then translate that into a pragmatic and effective technical solution.
