- Market Intelligence and Business Research: Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify trends, competitive dynamics, and growth opportunities within the digital asset and Web3 landscape. Use this intelligence to inform strategic decisions and adapt company strategy as needed.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with department heads to ensure clear communication and seamless execution of strategic projects, enabling cross-functional synergies and alignment with company goals.
- Performance Monitoring: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of strategic initiatives. Provide data-driven insights to guide adjustments and ensure ongoing alignment with company objectives.
- Leadership and Mentoring: Lead and mentor a team of strategy and project management professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is highly preferred.
- Work Experience: 5+ years of experience in strategy consulting, preferably with a top-tier consulting firm, and a proven track record in strategic planning, execution, and budget management.
