Strategy & Operations Lead - DeFi
Responsibilities:
- Assess the sustainability and viability of tokenomics models based on the project’s inherent purpose, business model, and the project’s long-term goals.
- Proactively collaborate with internal teams to build and run a streamlined backend control and operating management system, to ensure stable operations, funding/transactions requests, and asset custody systems.
- Drive the operational roll-out of the project, and work alongside the team to assist with BD outreach, go-to-market plans, and strategies.
- Drive the business forward by investigating business demands, providing solutions, and executing initiatives to accelerate growth and business scale.
- Identify potential projects through insightful analyses. Shape the product/solution-promoting approach towards long-term growth with big-picture thinking.
- Resolve system-related problems, and manage alert monitoring and configuration.
Requirements:
- Extensive knowledge and experience in DeFi preferred (particularly, decentralized crypto-backed stablecoins, lending & borrowing) is a plus. Must have a strong grasp of tokenomics
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 3-5+ years of hands-on experience in cross-collaboration with external partners and internal teams.
- Experience working in a go-to-market or sales operations role in a technology firm or strategy consulting house.
- Be hands-on, execution-oriented, willing, and able to drive the progress of existing projects as well as plan the delivery of new activities.
- Business-level fluency in English.
- Have an interest in learning about Web3 and crypto and its interaction with the traditional finance players.
