We are looking nationwide at the earliest possible date for a Risk/Outsourcing Manager (m/f/d)

Join BitGo Germany as a Risk/Outsourcing Manager and take on a critical role within the business operations of a growing cryptocurrency company.

Your tasks

• Develop and implement risk frameworks for new and existing product offerings, including the development of appropriate risk controls
• Supervision and execution of the usual risk management control actions (risk bearing capacity, risk inventory, capital planning, etc.)
• Creation and updating of risk management relevant policies and procedures
• Preparation, monitoring and follow-up of internal and external audits
• Proactively assist in meeting legal requirements and organizing legal documents.

Your profile

• 3+ years of relevant professional experience in the back office/risk management department of a company subject to banking or financial supervision or a governmental banking or financial supervisory (related) institution.
• Experience communicating effectively with teams in various
  international locations
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Fluent in the German and English language
• Interest in and/or experience with cryptocurrencies desired
