Head of Investor Relations

We are looking for an experienced professional to join and lead our existing investor relations team. The Head of IR will be responsible for managing all investor relationships and developing new relationships with prospects. An understanding of general crypto concepts and markets will be required to quickly ramp up the learning curve to speak knowledgeably to our investor base about our portfolio companies and investment thesis. Prior experience managing institutional relationships is a must. Experience in a similar role within a regulated private fund environment is also highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the investor relations team in managing all existing and prospective investor relationships

• Oversee and create relevant marketing materials and internal reporting

• Organize and lead investor marketing calls and events (virtual and in person) that build and strengthen relationships and enhance the firm’s brand

• Manage responses to investor inquiries and requests

• Coordinate and work closely with other functional teams within the firm

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects and priorities

• Experience working with and managing small teams

• Foundational understanding of crypto concepts and markets

• 5+ years of relevant work experience

• Moderate travel (domestic and international)

• College degree
