About the role

The NFT Ambassador Program Coordinator role will be part of the Global Community Management team, under the leadership of Head of Community, NFT. The role will be involved in expanding the current framework of the Crypto.com/NFT Ambassador Program, working with the Head of the Crypto.com Ambassador Program to establish a clear set of KPIs and tasks for Ambassadors to perform, as well as facilitating the growth of the program.

Responsibilities

• Work with Ambassador Program Head to establish a clear KPI structure and direction for the NFT Ambassador Program;
• Source and recruit new NFT ambassadors from the community;
• Meet Weekly with NFT Ambassadors to share program news and gather feedback.
• Ensure community acquisition and growth through reinforcing a positive image of the company;
• Manage the local online/offline Crypto.com NFT communities and channels;
• Moderate the local forums, social platforms and chat groups and interact with the community to increase positive engagement;
• Manage and maintain Crypto.com’s local profile and image;
• Explore new community-friendly platforms to facilitate the expansion of - Crypto.com’s local user base and influence;
• Provide community feedback to the Management of the company and suggest improvements in order to increase engagement.
• Collect feedback from the community and present important items to management.
• Stay on top of the local and international Crypto/NFT trends and news.

• Minimum of 3 - 4 years experience in community management and building;
• Comprehensive understanding of the crypto/blockchain space;
• Have worked previously in building an ambassador program.
• Business level proficiency in English.
• Familiarity with online platforms such as Discord, Telegram, Twitter, Facebook, - Medium, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
• An interest in, education or experience with art/collectibles/NFTs.
