Responsibilities
- Oversee a Software Engineering team, ensuring all development efforts are high quality and our blockchain infrastructure runs efficiently
- Partner with Management to define the technical roadmap, while leading the development of current and future products from conception to delivery
- Oversee, mentor and motivate the team to be successful in their positions
- Ensure the team meets project deadlines and company goals
- Monitor the teams performance and productivity and offer support where necessary
- Implement best practices for software development by staying up to date with the latest blockchain technologies to drive innovation
- Handle any critical technical problems and strategically deliver high performing solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Previous experience with managing a team of engineers
- 3+ years experience in Blockchain in general
- 2+ years experience in Blockchain MEV, specifically ETH MEV, including mev-boosts and PBS
- Ability to read, modify blockchain core code (geth, bor, prysm, ...)
- Experience in trading
- Expertise using Go language
- Strong communication and problem solving skills
- Creative, independent, can do attitude, take ownership of overall responsibilities and a great team player
