Your focus: manage all internal reporting, analyze revenue, and expense variances and clearly explain the business or accounting drivers. Additionally, this position will help build yearly and long-range operating plans to support business initiatives, develop rolling forecast processes to ensure resources are leveraged with maximum effectiveness and provide strategic analyses and recommendations. This position is directly responsible for operationalizing and cultivating data-driven planning processes and improving upon monthly and quarterly reporting.

Additionally:

• Follow monthly and quarterly performance by comparing actuals vs expectations
• Collaborate with accounting on financial close
• Conduct trend analysis to understand performance drivers
• Use Business Intelligence (BI) for decisions
• Work with senior leaders to provide insights on sales-to-profit analysis, return on investment on strategic initiatives, and resource allocations while maintaining financial models
• Assist with our future system integration

Who we're looking for: a financial professional with at least 3 years of financial planning & analysis experience. Bachelor's degree required, Master's preferred. Savvy with financial reporting tools and Excel. Superior presentation skills.
