We’re a crypto-native consulting firm doing over $1M/month in revenue with healthy margins, zero outside capital, and growing fast. We serve serious self-custody crypto investors, and we do it well. Our sales, marketing, fulfillment, and customer retention are dialed.
Now we need a COO who’s scaled real businesses to come help us go from strong to powerful.
The Role:
We’re looking for a battle-tested operator. Someone who’s been a COO, integrator, or head of operations at a client-services business doing $25M+ in annual revenue. Ideally more. You’ve owned systems, solved people problems, fixed fulfillment pipelines, and scaled under pressure. You know what “great” looks like in operations. You’ll drag the business there yourself if needed.

- A category-defining crypto consulting firm.
- Transitioning to a software-first model over the next 3–9 months.
- Clear line of sight to 9-figure revenue.
- Strong existing team of 40+, growing fast.
What You Bring:
- You’ve led operations at scale. $10M+ annual revenue, digital product services business, client-facing.
- You communicate clearly and efficiently. You don’t ramble. You don’t micromanage.
- You’ve hired, fired, promoted, and coached performers. You know what talent looks like.
- You can build systems that scale without relying on the underlings. If you didn’t need to eat or sleep, you could get it all done by yourself.
- You’re either already crypto-native or open-minded enough to get there fast.
- You can work closely with a visionary founder and will complement me. I do not want competition.
