About the Team:
The Okcoin sales & business development team drives volume and revenue growth. We focus on institutional customers and HNW individuals globally. We cover a full range of crypto institutional customer segments, such as trading firms, market makers, financial intermediaries, payment providers, buy-side managers, retail brokers, etc. We work with liquidity, distribution, custody partners to build a mutually beneficial crypto ecosystem.
What You'll be Doing:
  • Ensure a timely response to institutional client's business inquiries
  • Liaise between the clients and internal teams to address client's requests and needs
  • Responsible for working with Sales to onboard and integrating new clients and deepening existing client relationships
  • Drive internal process improvement for better customer engagement and service delivery
  • Collecting and analysing data concerning consumer behavior to understand changing needs and operational procedures improvements

  • Key skills behind managing client relationships and assisting sales processes at an international, tier-1 Crypto exchange
What We Look For in You:
  • Very strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbally. Fluency in Spanish or Mandarin is a plus.
  • Interest in the Crypto/Blockchain industry
  • Strong understanding of traditional finance/crypto products such as spot, futures, perps, and options
