We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team and play a pivotal role in the planning and execution of marketing strategies for our blockchain events. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in marketing, a deep understanding of the blockchain industry, and a passion for driving awareness and attendance to our events.

Responsibilities:

Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies:

• Create comprehensive marketing strategies to promote blockchain events and drive attendance.
• Utilize various channels such as digital marketing, social media, email campaigns, and partnerships to reach target audiences.

Content Creation:

• Generate engaging and relevant content for promotional materials, including event websites, social media posts, email campaigns, and press releases.
• Collaborate with the content team to ensure a consistent and compelling message across all channels.

Social Media Management:

• Manage and grow social media accounts dedicated to promoting blockchain events.
• Create and schedule regular posts, engage with followers, and track social media analytics.

Public Relations:

• Build and maintain relationships with industry influencers, media outlets, and key stakeholders.
• Coordinate press releases and media coverage to maximize exposure for events.

Partnerships and Sponsorships:

• Identify and secure partnerships with relevant organizations, companies, and sponsors.
• Collaborate with partners to maximize mutual benefits and increase event visibility.

Event Coordination Support:

• Work closely with the events team to ensure seamless coordination between marketing efforts and event logistics.
• Assist in the development of promotional materials and collateral for on-site marketing.

Analytics and Reporting:

• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns.
• Provide regular reports on key metrics and insights to optimise future marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the blockchain or technology industry.
• Familiarity with blockchain technology and its applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in social media management and digital marketing tools.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional organisational and project management skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in event marketing.
• Knowledge of SEO and SEM strategies.
• Graphic design skills or familiarity with design tools.
