Technical Account Manager
Responsibilities
- Uphold the high technical standards for on-chain generative artwork on Art Blocks and manage the technical screening/QA process for new artwork
- Conduct manual QA for projects, ensuring consistent delivery deterministic, resolution-agnostic, and browser & device-independent generative art pieces
- Coordinate with Art and Business Development teams to integrate the QA process into the artist and partner onboarding workflow
- Answer technical questions from partners and artists and participate in prospective partner calls to explain Art Blocks' technical offerings
- Provide professional support during and after project deployment to maximize partner and artist satisfaction and loyalty
- Manage first-level support (pulling in Engineering only when needed) for Discord technical support channels as well as monitoring internal Slack comms to field artist/partner support questions
- Work closely with our Account Executive and business development team to ensure successful onboarding and launch of partners from a wide variety of industries and backgrounds
Potential Projects
- Owning the technical screening/QA process for new artwork and coordinating with the Art and Business Development teams to ensure the integration of this process into the artist and partner onboarding process
- Developing requirements and specifications, and creating test documentation and playbooks for project audits and artist/partner tooling
- Managing the technical qualification process in the partnerships pipeline from initial prospect through mainnet deployment
- Create, update, and maintain partner-facing operational and technical documentation to improve their onboarding and launch experiences
Base Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of experience in a technical support role (e.g., QA Testing, Developer Relations, Sales Engineer)
- Experience with Browserstack or an equivalent app & cross-browser platform
- Experience navigating on-chain transactions, using tools such as Etherscan and Gnosis
- Familiarity with generative art libraries and tools (Javascript, SVG, p5js, threejs, etc.)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with an emphasis on communicating technical concepts to non-technical teams and partners
- Ability to adapt and work on a wide variety of projects and initiatives
- Passion for generative art, digital ownership, and the benefits of decentralization
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with the crypto and/or NFT/Web3 ecosystem
- Experience testing or using dApps
- Experience with Github and/or Asana
- Experience with community communications tools (Discord / Twitter)
