- Learning new technologies, products and practice areas without much precedence.
You’ll bring:
- Experience of working within a technology company, preferably with a SaaS or Software offering.

- Experience at a top tier law firm and/or in-house experience with Internet or technology companies and/or SaaS company, preferred, and/or at a law firm
- Experience as a team player who enjoys partnering with cross-functional teams to solve issues and work collaboratively to generate consensus across diverse points of view
- Experience negotiating complex technology transactions on a global basis
- Fastidious attention to detail in both oral and written communications
We’d love for you to have financial services, fintech, blockchain, cybersecurity or crypto industry experience but it is not a requirement. We have a comprehensive onboarding and training program for all new employees.
