Gather business and regulatory requirements and convert them into clear user stories, tickets, and technical documentation. Own and manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables using JIRA. Coordinate meetings, track action items, and ensure alignment across stakeholders. Manage vendor deliverables and Statements of Work (SOWs). Monitor project progress and proactively remove blockers to keep initiatives on track. Perform QA reviews and support system configuration and testing to ensure solutions meet requirements.

NICE TO HAVESÂ
Experience in fintech, payments, crypto, or other regulated financial services environments Familiarity with AML/KYC frameworks and global regulatory requirements (e.g., MiCA, FATF Travel Rule, FINTRAC, AUSTRAC) Exposure to multi-jurisdiction product launches (EU, APAC, Canada) Experience with compliance tools (e.g., Chainalysis, Persona), data platforms (Snowflake, Power BI), or CRM/automation tools (Zendesk, HubSpot) PMP, CAPM, Agile, or Scrum certification Proven ability to take strategic ownership and drive process improvements Comfortable bridging Compliance/Legal and Product/Engineering teams in a fast-paced, scale-up environment
