About Coinflow

Coinflow is the next-generation payment service provider revolutionizing global financial infrastructure with stablecoins, AI-driven fraud prevention, and instant settlement. Coinflow enables businesses to grow faster with instant settlement, fraud & chargeback indemnity, global pay-ins, multi-currency FX, and unified payouts. Founded in 2023, the company serves marketplaces, fintechs, remittance providers, gaming platforms, and ecommerce merchants worldwide.

Since our seed round in 2024, we’ve achieved 23x revenue growth and scaled to multi-billion-dollar annual transaction volume. In response to this growth, Coinflow announced a $25M Series A in October 2025—led by Pantera Capital, CMT Digital, Coinbase Ventures, Jump Crypto, and Reciprocal Ventures—accelerating our mission to power the world’s fastest-moving businesses with innovative, reliable global payments.

Coinflow is proudly headquartered in Chicago, IL. Learn more at coinflow.cash.

Role Overview:

Coinflow is looking for a Partner Success Manager to identify, build, and grow the strategic relationships that expand our reach across payments, fintech, and crypto. This is a relationship-first role — you'll be the face of Coinflow with our vendors, partners and distribution channels, trusted to walk into rooms independently, make a strong impression, and lay the groundwork for deals before anyone else shows up. This role sits at the intersection of sales and strategy: you're not just managing relationships, you're building a partnerships engine that drives real revenue. You'll work closely with the Revenue org and leadership to grow our partner ecosystem, unblock opportunities, and turn connections into commercial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the full strategic partnerships lifecycle - from sourcing and outbound to structuring, negotiation, and launch
  • Build new relationships with vendors, financial institutions, and channel partners across fintech, traditional finance, and Web3
  • Nurture and grow existing third-party relationships, ensuring both sides are achieving shared objectives through ongoing check-ins, business reviews, and proactive escalation management
  • Work closely with the BD and Revenue Operations team on partner pipeline, deal progress, and market feedback - you don't need to generate every lead, but you need to close them and show up with a strong network
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to surface new partnership opportunities

Required Qualifications:

  • 3-7+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances with a proven track record of closing complex deals
  • A natural relationship builder - someone who leads with trust, earns confidence quickly, and represents a Coinflow well
  • Strong deal instincts, comfortable ambiguity, and multi-stakeholder dynamics
  • Experience with multi-million dollar and/or multi-year strategic agreements
  • Depth in payments, fintech, or crypto - you understand the ecosystem and have relationships in it
  • Self-directed and adaptable - you own your outcomes and thrive in a fast-moving environment
  • Based in Chicago or New York, with willingness to travel frequently

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Existing network across crypto, fintech, or financial infrastructure companies
  • Experience navigating both Web3 and traditional finance ecosystems
  • Prior experience in a high-growth startup or early-stage company

Join the team rewriting how money moves worldwide—and become a driving force in the $194 trillion cross-border payments market.
