Product Manager
The Product Manager will be responsible for owning and advancing the strategic vision of Flashbots' orderflow platform, with a primary focus on orderflow Management across Ethereum and emerging decentralized exchanges to ensure fair, private, and efficient transaction execution. This role requires leading cross-functional teams to design and launch developer-facing products and advanced infrastructure for managing transaction flow, routing, and sequencing, while incorporating RPC/Node Integration to enable seamless connectivity between wallets, applications, and blockchain networks. The position involves conducting deep ecosystem research to anticipate trends in decentralized finance and orderflow markets, translating complex partner and user requirements into product features, and defining key performance metrics to measure adoption, security, and ecosystem impact. The Product Manager will leverage expertise in DeFi, on-chain activity, and cryptoeconomic incentives to balance technical feasibility with user-centric design, ensure interoperability with scaling solutions and node infrastructures, and demonstrate a proven track record of shipping impactful crypto infrastructure products at scale.
Requirements:
B.S. in Engineering (any discipline), two years of experience in blockchain-related Product Management and one year of experience in the following:
On-chain Transaction Ingestion and RPC/Node Integration
Interoperability blockchain technologies
MEV
Low-level orderflow and block building
Allowed to telecommute 100% anywhere in the U.S.
