About the Opportunity ✍
In this role, you will be joining the Crypto Asset Management team, as a Product Leader. Our team
handles all regulated crypto transaction volumes, managing core on-chain assets and trading pairs across
multiple blockchains. With billions in transaction volume monthly, precision is paramount, as any errors
could have significant financial implications.
What you will do
* Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy to expand our infrastructure to encompass both centralized and decentralized services, transforming this area into a revenue generator by leveraging our assets to capitalize on market momentum.
* Work closely with stakeholders, including engineering, operations, and compliance, to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
* Develop and maintain a product roadmap that outlines the progression of features and improvements, prioritizing based on the highest business value and impact.
* Ensure that all product developments comply with relevant regulations and industry standards to facilitate global operations
What you will be working with/on
You will be responsible for leading our crypto asset management infrastructure evolution, focusing on:
* Building and transitioning to our own proprietary custody and wallet infrastructure
* Integrating with various liquidity sources, including centralized exchanges, OTC trading desks, and decentralized exchanges
* Developing strategies to reduce transaction settlement times while maintaining security
* Designing a hybrid infrastructure that leverages both centralized and decentralized components for optimal efficiency and security
* Implementing solutions that turn our asset holdings into revenue-generating opportunities
* Enhancing monitoring and risk management systems to secure billions in monthly transaction volume
* Collaborating with engineering teams to prioritize infrastructure improvements that directly impact customer experience metric
About You
This position requires a deep understanding of both traditional finance and DeFi mechanisms, as well as the technical architecture that supports large-scale crypto operations. You'll balance technical infrastructure requirements with business objectives, always keeping the end-user experience at the forefront of decision-making.
Ideal background and experience:
* 7+ years of product management experience with at least 3 years in crypto or fintech infrastructure
* Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly
* Demonstrated experience with either crypto custody solutions, stablecoins, exchange integrations, or DeFi protocols
* Strong understanding of blockchain technologies, consensus mechanisms, and crypto security best practices
* Experience working with trading systems and liquidity management
* Knowledge of regulatory requirements for crypto asset management across major jurisdictions
* Data-driven approach to product development and decision making
* Experience managing products and handling high value transactions with stringent security requirements
* A great attitude and team player
