Chainlink Labs is seeking a Senior Presentation Designer to join our team and help us create visually appealing and engaging presentations for a variety of audiences. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design and storytelling, and experience creating visually appealing and engaging presentations for a variety of audiences. In this role, you will work closely with marketing and leadership team members, ensuring that all internal and external presentations are on-brand and meet the needs of the audience.
90% of the time will be spent designing presentations, so a mastery of Google Slides, Keynote, and PPT is essential, both off and on-line. A good knowledge of creating and maintaining templates is a bonus.
This role will require a highly motivated and experienced Senior Presentation Designer who can work efficiently under pressure and at a fast pace to meet quick turnaround deadlines. The ideal candidate will be able to work collaboratively with key senior stakeholders within the business, while maintaining a calm and can-do attitude. They will also be able to think critically about how an audience will process and interact with the information presented.
Objectives of this Role
- Design and create first-class, visually stunning Google Slide & Keynote templates for both internal and external presentations, with a focus on blockchain technology.
- Create and ensure high-quality design elements, including vivid detail and animation.
- Partner with colleagues to contribute ideas on presentation goals, strategy, and design concepts.
- Communicate with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure presentation concept alignment.
- Ability to self-manage and execute multiple projects, while meeting deadlines.
- Be a collaborative and trusted partner within Chainlink Labs.
- Follow and contribute to brand guidelines.
- Stay current on creative software skills and trends.
Skills & Qualifications
- 8+ years of graphic design/presentation design experience
- Passion for distilling technical, complex processes into beautiful, easy-to-understand stories
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, taking initiative and ownership of projects. Experience working in a fast-paced, always-changing environment.
- Mastery of Google Slides, Keynote, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator are required, along with an understanding of how to efficiently share large media files for cross-collaboration
- Experience designing infographics that are clear, concise, and visually appealing
- Impeccable attention to detail across all media platforms; Strong verbal, written, and graphic media abilities.
- Successful history working under tight deadlines with multiple projects and teaming with cross-functional groups.
- Self-managed and achievement-oriented; Receptive to redirection and design feedback.
- Occasional international travel.
- Experienced working with senior stakeholders to identify and prioritize needs, define project requirements, and manage expectations and risks.
- Blockchain interest or experience (preference for familiarity with Chainlink).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working on a remote, cross-functional design team.
- Understands branding and company identity. Experience developing, following, and enforcing Style Guidelines is required.
