XNET is building the first 5G mobile carrier powered by blockchain and W3.

If you are familiar with Helium, XNET is a more advanced version of a 5G voice and data network on steroids.

This is an early hands-on role. You will wear different hats on different days, but all within marketing. Startup experince as well as knowledge of crypto and blockchain is mandatory

Responsibilities

Work closely with CCO to develop holistic creative marketing and communications campaigns;
Draft captivating written content to tell the XNET story across all social channels;
Design and produce eye-catching, evoking visual content;
Build up an engaged audience within our core target audiences and pillars of work inside and outswide of the blockchain community
Manage and grow the XNET community across our social media channels, especially on Twitter and Discord
Inspire W3 and DeWi influencers to partner with us;
Produce regular reporting with analysis

Requirements

Marketing degree
At least 5 years in Marketing and 3 years of HANDS-ON real world experience working in digital marketing/ social media management for blockchain projects or highly disruptive consumer brands.
Experience developing social strategies and growing Twitter and Discord followers for disruptive brands or serious blockchain projects.
A passion for building a loyal community and telling stories
Experience in creating high quality visual content and paid media campaigns
Strong knowledge of Google AdWords, Analytics, SEMRush etc.
Native English speaker with excellent written and oral communication skills
