We are looking for a Junior Creative Program Executive - Swag/Merchandise Management (Intern) to help develop and define the Binance identity. You will be part of a highly talented team, working to elevate the brand through creative excellence. This position can be fully remote or can work in one of our offices in APAC.

Responsibilities:

• As part of the Creative team, work closely with the Creative Program Management Team to help manage, communicate, coordinate and clarify with stakeholders on swag related questions including logistic matters and provide timely updates
• Manage communications and work closely with Admin team on 
1. Inventory status and restocking arrangement based on expected usage and current warehouse management
2. Global swag vendor expansion initiative including sourcing and sampling
• Support in yearly swag cycle initiatives, recipient data collection, data cleaning, analysis before passing over to respective teams for executions
• Assist to develop and optimize swag workflow to ensure greatest efficiency and productivity

Requirements:

• A clear communicator - ability to express complex ideas clearly and succinctly, while collaborating closely with teams outside of the Creative group
• Ability to manage requests and projects independently
• Expertise in Google Workspace is a must
• Familiarity with project management tool is a plus
• Have great passion for fashion and on-trend products 
• Knowledge and interest in the world of Binance and cryptocurrency is a plus
• Fluency in English required, Mandarin is a plus
