We are looking for a people-person who loves to see their team members
happy, motivated and included. You will set the tone for the human
resources department, building it from the ground up together with the
co-founders. From guides, to processes, to employee relations, and fun
team activities. You should be an enthusiastic individual with strong
organizational and social skills, willing to join our fast growing
startup in the loyalty and blockchain market.

Tasks

  • Be the go-to person for all team related topics
  • Organize the yearly team get together(s), monthly activities, keep track of celebratory employee dates for mini surprises
  • Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding
  • Ensure all the job descriptions, guides, and processes are up to date
  • Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees stay at the forefront of their field and understand their job responsibilities
  • Create a compensation strategy for based on market research and pay surveys; keep the strategy up to date
  • Maintain open communication with the team to take care of any team member requests, issues or conflicts

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in human resources, labor relations, organizational development, business or related area
  • Minimum of 3-5 years experience in a similar position, preferably in a technology startup and remote teams
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of a broad range of human resource strategies and practices, including compensation, performance management, safety, hiring and employee relations; able to apply these strategies and practices in compliance with employment regulations
  • Ability to create a culture of diversity, inclusivity, collaboration and teamwork
  • Experience with analyzing data to guide strategic employment planning
  • Excellent prioritization skills with a strong attention to detail as well as the ability to smoothly collaborate with a diverse team
  • A strong team player with a high level of interpersonal skills who is proactive, flexible, and able to work independently and under pressure.
  • Resilient, highly motivated, goal-driven hard worker with the ability to think ahead, handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize accordingly.
  • Flexibility with regards to type of work and working hours.
  • Excellent English and German skills both written and spoken. Further languages are a plus.
  • Knowledge in blockchain technology is an asset.
  • Being a member of any loyalty program is a must, and having a love for loyalty programs is a big big plus.
  • Eager to make a change and in it for the long-run.
