Your Responsibilities
Identify, source, and onboard new affiliates, including influencers, KOLs, media partners, schools, and personal networks.
Lead the complete onboarding journey: outreach, negotiations, contracts, training, and successful go-live.
Build and nurture strong affiliate relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for support and growth.
Design and launch targeted growth campaigns—by product or affiliate—such as tiered CPA programs.
Partner with affiliates to create and distribute compelling product content across their channels.
Collect market and partner feedback to inform product improvements and campaign strategies.
Track performance, monitor ROI, and refine commission structures and recruitment pipelines.
Organize online and offline affiliate events to boost engagement and community building.
Leverage analytics tools to monitor KPIs, identify trends, and drive data-informed decisions.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Finance, and Legal to align efforts with company objectives.

Desired Skills and Experience
3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, business development, or relationship management within the crypto, fintech, or banking sectors.
Proven track record in building, scaling, and managing successful affiliate networks.
Strong negotiation, contract management, and partnership development skills.
Proficient with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and key social platforms (X, Telegram, YouTube).
Excellent project management, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
Highly driven, results-oriented, and resilient in fast-paced environments.
Proficiency in Asian languages (Mandarin, Korean, Japanese, Vietnamese, etc.) is a strong plus.
