Metalabs is a start up organization backed by one of the single largest real estate developers globally who are building a metaverse that will act as a platform where creators can tap into tools for gaming, Virtual Reality, NFTs and retail.
- Identify and determine essential metrics that drive the long-term success of our project.
- Set strategy and tactics, launch campaigns, track/report performance.Â
- Develop a thorough understanding of our target audiences and their needs, in order to communicate effectively with them. Â
- Create processes that help us scale.Â
- Approach problems with the flexibility needed to innovate.Â
- Interact directly with clients and educate them about our methodology. Â
- Own the distribution process including essays/blogs, social, influencer, brand building, partnership strategy for co-marketing, PR, and more.
- Understanding best practices, attribution, and marketing analyticsÂ
- An understanding of important SEO factors including quality content, keyword focus, URL structure, etcÂ
- Hands-on experience building compelling landing pages and micrositesÂ
- Hands-on experience in building marketing workflows and campaigns.Â
- Experience in multi-stage automated drip campaigns, A/B testing and moving prospects through the funnel to conversion.Â
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- 5+ years of experience in digital, growth, product marketing or similar Understanding of all major digital marketing channels and experience setting up campaignsÂ
- Ability to track and report analytics on a variety of campaigns Familiarity with email marketing tools
- The following skills are a plus:
- Experience with blockchain technology Â
- Ability to create use-case documents / white papersÂ
- Experience with Partner Marketing, Copywriting, User Experience.
