Bitcoin Depot is seeking a Director of Marketing to develop, implement, track and optimize our B2C marketing initiatives across all channels. Our Director of Marketing will create and manage the day-to-day marketing activities and long-term marketing strategy for the company. Responsibilities

B2C Marketing

  • Manage a team of digital marketing professionals, content writers, and graphic designers
  • Manage a large # of complex and diverse Google Ads campaigns
  • Manage E-mail, SMS, and social media lead and demand generation campaigns
  • Manage our SEO and SEM efforts
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights. Brainstorms new and creative growth campaigns and strategies
  • Oversee creation and execution of our comprehensive social media and PR Strategy
  • Create a regular publishing schedule for relevant demand generation and social media channels
  • Curate and promote company activities, relevant industry-oriented news and activities to highlight as a thought leader for its target markets
  • Manage and develop advertising creatives through coordination with staff copywriters and designers

Product Marketing

  • Define customer segments, buying cycles, and buyer personas
  • Craft compelling messaging and positioning that addresses a buyer’s needs and invokes the desire to engage
  • Translate messaging into meaningful and contextual benefits that feed into the development of creative presentations, demonstrations, collateral, blogs, and email marketing campaigns, retention campaigns
  • Manage the content, flow, navigation, messaging and user experience of the corporate website and associated web properties
  • Develop sales plays, presentations, and enablement tools focused on helping inside sales, field sales teams, and channel partners. Understand target markets and buyers, buyer personas, pains points, and key messages
  • Continuously evaluate the user experience and product communications and take the initiative to improve
  • Gather and analyze competitive data to infuse content with messaging that is clear and communicates our key differentiators
  • Manage the selection, registration and logistics for conferences and trade shows

Qualifications

  • 7+ years' product marketing, B2C marketing, or marketing analysis experience at a consumer products, financial services, or e-commerce company in a leadership role managing a team
  • Must be proficient in Google Ads and Google Analytics
  • Must be proficient in SEO, SEM and Marketing Automation (outbound SMS & email)
  • 10% - 20% Travel Required
  • Advanced Excel and Powerpoint skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Self-starter, ability to thrive in a fast paced, start-up environment
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or other related field
