Social Media + Event Marketing Specialist Marbella
Requirements
- 3+ years of recent experience in event marketing, content marketing, social media content creation and social media management.
- Proven track record of growing social media channels
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, presentation and interpersonal).
- Near-native fluency in written and spoken English and Romanian.
- Experience in managing and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, including what makes each social media platform unique or what makes a particular content format a better fit for some social platforms and not so much for others.
- Know how to evaluate the quality of a social media image or the quality of a blog post.
- Knowledge of image and video editing tools such as Canva or Veed.io for social media.
- Organizational skills and high attention to detail are needed to effectively manage our social channels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable using spreadsheets for data analysis, any other data visualization skills (like Google DataStudio) are a plus.
- Comfortable gathering data and using KPIs for reporting content performance to the Marketing Manager
Responsibilities
- Plan, organize and lead dedicated content (static image posts, video shorts or long-form, audio posts or podcasts, longer video posts etc.)
- Create dedicated content (static image posts, video shorts, audio posts or podcasts, longer video posts etc.) for all the MetaWealth social media channels in accordance with the characteristics of each channel.
- Be comfortable in front of a camera for filming shorts or interviewing other people.
- Post the content you create on social media channels in accordance with best practices in the field.
- Effectively manage the social media posting calendar and optimize it for the best performance.
- Be open to running A/B tests on social media content and report on the results.
- Effectively build and manage a community around our main social media channels (including handling customer support cases that might make inquiries via these channels).
- Work closely with the Managing Director of Investor Relations and report to them regarding campaigns that need to be implemented on social media channels, develop and follow strategy and create the content required for these campaigns.
- Create and promote the content that can support the other initiatives in the Marketing Department (webinars, team participation and collabs with events, podcast features, interviews on other brands’ channels etc.);
- Create and present performance reports for the content you created.
- Source and support MetaWealth-Led and External events within multiple industries including, but not limited to, real estate, fintech, finance, banking and Web3.
