The Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in driving brand awareness, fostering community engagement, and ensuring Synthetix’s position as a leader in the DeFi ecosystem. You’ll collaborate with a passionate team working on cutting-edge technology, including thriving ecosystem projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and user adoption.

- Oversee content creation, including blogs, social media, newsletters, and multimedia campaigns, ensuring alignment with the Synthetix brand voice.
- Collaborate with ecosystem projects to promote integrations, events, and key protocol updates.
- Analyze marketing metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and optimize future initiatives.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and business development, to align marketing efforts with strategic goals.
Ideal Candidate has:
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the blockchain, DeFi, or technology sector.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with a demonstrated ability to simplify complex concepts for a broad audience.
- Strong understanding of decentralized finance, Ethereum, and blockchain ecosystems.
