We are seeking a skilled Product Designer with a strong focus on UX/UI design to join our dynamic team. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and engaging user experiences for our cryptocurrency investment platform. Collaborating closely with the Product Manager and Product Owner, you will translate user needs and business objectives into compelling designs that enhance user satisfaction and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• User Research and Analysis: Conduct user research to understand user behaviors, needs, and pain points. Analyze findings to inform design decisions.
• Wireframing and Prototyping: Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to visualize design concepts and user flows.
• UI Design: Create visually appealing and cohesive user interfaces that align with Kriptomat's brand identity and enhance the overall user experience.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and marketing, to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably within the fintech or cryptocurrency industry.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UX/UI design projects and demonstrating problem-solving skills.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions effectively
