Core Responsibilities:

    • Effectively interact with clients or business partners to help them better understand what values the company can bring to them; 
    • Understand the needs of your clients and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet such needs;
    • Close new business deals by coordinating requirements and negotiating commercial terms; 
    • Reduce costs or obtain favorable terms through contract negotiations;
    • Ensure proper communication with other departments to make sure all documents are processed accurately and within deadline;
    • Work closely with upper management in the development of procedures which lead to significant savings and eliminate non-value-added activities;
    • Protect the company’s value by keeping information confidential, and following company rules and procedures at work.

Job Requirements:

    • Excellent English and Mandarin listening, speaking and/or writing skills;
    • Familiar with international business etiquette and negotiating practices;
    • Self-starter who has a desire to learn, grow, and excel in their role;
    • Candidates with a background in finance are preferred.
