About the role:

For this role, you will need to:

  • Identify trends and customer needs, build a short/medium/long-term sales pipeline in accordance with targets
  • Connect with leads to create, develop, and maintain strategic partnerships
  • Monitor and analyze market trends in the web3 industry
  • Attend seminars, conferences, and events where appropriate and needed
  • Maintain and share professional knowledge through education, networking, events, and presentations

Ideally, you will also have:

  • Minimum 1.5 years of experience in web3 as a business developer and/or sales
  • In-depth understanding of blockchain technology, established and emerging protocols, DeFi ecosystem, NFTs
  • Ability to learn and adapt fast
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good organizational skills
  • High level of self-motivation with a growth mindset
  • Ability to work both independently and as a team in a startup setup
  • Experience with CRM softwares
  • Experience with Linkedin for Business development
  • Punctual & proactive
  • Excellent English speaking and writing skills
  • Can work in the CET time zone
