What Youāll Be Doing:
- Lead the development and execution of our regional social media and community strategy to acquire and engage new and existing regional users of OKX
- Lead the creative, design and content strategy for our regional social media channels to enhance our brand & product storytelling
- Manage day-to-day regional social media accounts and ensure consistent engagement with our communities (YouTube, Telegram, VK and others)
- Launch regional social campaigns, analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies where needed
- Plan, organise, and execute educational content, including workshops, product launches, promotions and partnerships
- Manage KOLs and influencers collaborations in the region, including negotiations, content creation, and performance tracking
- Plan and execute OKX community ambassador initiatives in and around the region
- Betatest new products and feedback to relevant cross team stakeholders
- Recommend refinement of process or workflows for new social media initiatives to boost awareness and relevance for the market
- Set & closely monitor channel KPI results against targets and manage budget/resources effectively
- Understand global vs local nuisances and able to pivot global strategy/best-practice playbook for regional social media teams
What We Look For In You:
- Bachelorās degree in marketing or communications related fields
- Experience in social media and community management for the Russian-speaking crypto audience
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns, community-building initiatives, and customer engagement strategies.
- Experience with cryptocurrencies and financial communications
- Native Russian-speaker, fluent in English, other languages is a strong advantage
- An entrepreneurial attitude and a love of crypto
