About the Role

Are you active on crypto Twitter and well-connected within the Solana community? Do you know how to craft content that resonates with developers, catches attention, and drives engagement—even if it’s a little unconventional?

We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to lead MagicBlock’s presence online. From creating memes to sparking conversations, you’ll help build a voice that stands out, engages the community, and makes complex ideas accessible and exciting.

This is a role for someone ambitious, creative, and unafraid to experiment with content that breaks through the noise.

Key Responsibilities

• Be the voice of MagicBlock. You will have the opportunity to develop and execute a social media strategy to increase our brand presence and spark engagement within the Solana developer community.
• Own the conversation. Manage and grow MagicBlock’s social footprint on X, making it the go-to source for fully on-chain innovation.
• Create magic. Craft inspiring and empowering content that speaks to developers—turning complex blockchain concepts into compelling stories that resonate.
• Stay ahead of the curve. Keep your finger on the pulse of the Solana ecosystem, jump on trends, and proactively generate content ideas that capture attention.
• Engage like a pro. Respond to comments, foster meaningful discussions, and cultivate relationships with developers, influencers, and community ambassadors.
• Work with the best. Collaborate closely with our marketing, engineering, and product teams to shape narratives that reflect our cutting-edge innovations.
• Analyze and optimize. Use social media analytics tools to track performance, report insights, and refine our approach for maximum impact.
• Think big. Propose and execute paid campaigns that drive engagement and brand awareness across the Solana ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in social media management, preferably within blockchain, gaming, or tech spaces.
• Deep love for the Solana ecosystem and a solid understanding of blockchain fundamentals.
• Exceptional communication skills—able to simplify complex ideas while keeping content fresh, engaging, and inspiring.
• A natural trendspotter who knows how to capitalize on viral opportunities and industry movements.
• Experience with social media management and analytics tools (Kaito, Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.), with a data-driven approach to content success.
• A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, fully remote environment and takes ownership of their work.

Bonus If:

• You have experience in influencer marketing and community engagement
• You have familiarity with blockchain technology and the Solana ecosystem.
